Plumbing Installation Permit

1.1(a) The Following fees are perscribed on application for a plumbing installation permit:

1. except as provided in clauses (ii) and (iii)...$20 per fixture
   ($50 minimum)
2. for a prefabricated home on a foundation...$50
   plus $20 per fixture added on site,
   plus $20 per connection to a municiple water or sewage system
3. for an extension or alteration to an existing plumbing system that does not involve the addition of a fixture...$50
